摘要
目的研究加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念联合无管化在微通道经皮肾镜碎石取石术(micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy,mPCNL)围术期护理中的应用效果.方法选取自2018年6月至2019年6月期间,作者单位收治的108例上尿路结石并接受mPCNL的患者,随机数字法分为对照组和ERAS组,各54例,对照组进行泌尿外科护理常规,ERAS组在对照组护理的基础上进行加速康复外科联合持续护理干预,对两组患者围术期护理的效果进行总结分析.结果ERAS理念下的围术期护理能够降低患者疼痛、缩短下床时间、减少住院天数、提高患者满意度.结论ERAS理念在mPCNL围术期护理中的合理运用,可加快患者术后康复,ERAS理念结合无管化mPCNL术,术后恢复更快、疼痛更轻、住院时间更短,是上尿路结石患者最佳的选择.
Objective To study the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in perioperative nursing of tubeless micro channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL).Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,108 upper urinary tract calculi patients underwent tubeless mPCNL were randomly divided into control group(n=54)and ERAS group(n=54).The control group received routine urological nursing,and the ERAS group patients underwent enhanced recovery after surgery nursing with continuous nursing intervention.The perioperative nursing effects of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results Perioperative nursing under the concept of ERAS has the advantages of less trauma,less complications and faster recovery.Perioperative nursing under ERAS concept can relieve patients'pain,reduce the length of hospital stay and improve patients'satisfaction.Conclusions The reasonable application of ERAS concept in perioperative nursing of mPCNL can accelerate postoperative recovery.ERAS concept combined with tubeless mPCNL results in faster postoperative recovery,less pain and shorter hospital stay,which is the best choice for patients with upper urinary calculi.
