纤维桩修复前牙残根失败原因的探讨

摘要 桩核冠修复是目前残根修复主要形式,按照材料包括非金属桩系统修复和金属桩核系统修复,以往多采用的是铸造金属桩修复的方法,虽具有良好的物理机械性能,但也具有椅位操作繁复、制作程序复杂,弹性模量远高于牙体组织的负载能力,容易造成牙根局部出现集中应力的现象,引发牙根折断等缺点.
