摘要
目的:评估延续护理模式对于老年原发性高血压患者血压控制与生存质量的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 3月至2021 年3 月在本院接受治疗的老年原发性高血压患者100 例为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n =50)和对照组(n =50).两组患者在住院期间均接受了高血压的常规治疗和护理.出院后,观察组采用由责任护士定期复诊指导和电话随访的形式进行延续护理,对照组采取常规定期随访.干预 3 个月后,比较两组患者血压控制情况及生存质量.结果:干预 3 个月后,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,血压控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05).与组内治疗前和对照组干预 3 个月后比较,观察组干预 3 个月后的简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分明显增加(P<0.05).结论:延续护理能够对老年原发性高血压患者的血压控制效果和生存质量进行改善.
Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuing nursing model on blood pressure control and quality of life in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 patients who received hypertension treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment and care for hypertension during hospitalization.After discharge,the observation group was given continuing nursing in the form of regular visit guidance and telephone follow-up by the responsible nurse,while the control group was followed up regularly.3 months after intervention,blood pressure control and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in the control group 3 months after intervention.The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the blood pressure control with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 3 months after intervention and before treatment within group,the score of MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group 3 months after intervention was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing nursing can improve blood pressure control and quality of life in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
