摘要
人工智能已上升为国家战略,上海高度重视人工智能的深度应用与产业发展,并将其作为上海建设全球科技创新中心的战略布局方向.目前,国外不少城市已开展人工智能城市的实践探索,而国内关于人工智能技术的应用仍主要聚焦在专业系统领域,缺少城市空间层面的系统性思考.从空间规划视角分析人工智能技术对城市发展的作用与意义,以及人工智能技术应用对城市空间的需求特征.从空间利用更高效、生态环保可持续、市民生活更优质、产业发展更智慧、管理运营更高效等方面,设想对人工智能技术在城市空间中的响应场景,提出空间规划的响应建议.
Artificial intelligence(AI)has become a national strategy.Shanghai attaches great importance to the in—depth application and industrial development of artificial intelligence,making it the priority layout direction to build a global scientific and technological innovation center.At present,many foreign cities have carried out the construction exploration of artificial intelligence city,while the application of artificial intelligence technology in China is still focused on the field of professional systems,lacking systematic thinking from the overall level of the city.From the perspective of urban spatial planning,this paper summarizes and analyzes the role and significance of AI technology in urban development,as well as the demand characteristics of AI technology application for urban space.From the aspects of more efficient use of space,sustainable ecological environment protection,a better quality of people’s life,more intelligent industrial development,more efficient management and operation,this paper conceives the response scenario of artificial intelligence technology in urban space,and puts forward response suggestions for urban space planning.
