摘要
文化创意产业园是上海工业遗产转型的主要路径之一.随着城市发展逐渐出现创意产业园过剩的情形,大量工厂改造类文创园区面临文创氛围不足、企业入驻率低、经济收益不高的困境.基于此,通过实地踏勘、问卷调查、现场访谈、资料收集等形式,对普陀区苏州河沿岸工业遗产改造类创意产业园的现状情况进行评估,选取3个典型园区,反思其成败的背后动因并分类提出发展方向.最后在“一江一河”及盘活低效产业用地的背景下,对工厂改造类创意园区提出优化策略.
The culture creative industrial park is one of the main paths for the transformation of Shanghai's industrial heritage.With the gradual emergence of an excess of creative industrial parks in urban development,a large number of factory-renovated culture creative industry parks are facing the dilemmas of insufficient cultural and creative atmosphere,low occupancy rates,and low economic returns.Based on this,this article evaluates the status of culture creative industry parks along Suzhou Creek through field surveys,questionnaire surveys,on-site interviews,and data collection,and selects three typical parks to analyze and propose development direction separately.Finally,in the context of the"Development Plan for Huangpu River and Suzhou River"and revitalizing inefficient industrial land,this article proposes several strategies for culture creative industry parks.
