Development of looking forward and looking around technology while drilling

摘要 随钻远探–前视技术主要用于识别地层边界与流体边界,可有效提高钻井作业的质量,保证钻头在油藏中钻进,引导钻头钻达"甜点区".配合随钻地层流体分析等技术,可提供更为全面的井下油藏信息,这对于节省非生产时间(NPT),实现降本增效具有重要作用.2015年以来,国际随钻远探–前视技术获得巨大发展,斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿等公司先后推出Geosphere、Earthstar、IriSphere等随钻技术,远探距离可达到60 m,前探距离30 m;而国内未获得重大突破,基于国内与其他国家发展差异,提出几点建议. The looking forward and looking around while drilling technology is mainly used to identify formation boundaries and fluid boundaries,which can effectively improve the quality of drilling operations,ensure the bit drilling in the reservoir,and guide the drill bit to the"sweet spot".It can provide more comprehensive downhole reservoir information in combination with the analysis of formation and fluids while drilling.This plays an important role in saving non-productive time(NPT),reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Since 2015,looking forward and looking around while drilling technology has been greatly developed in foreign countries.Schlumberger,Halliburton and other companies have successively launched the while drilling technology such as Geosphere,Earthstar,Irisphere,etc.,with a long-range exploration distance of 60 meters and a forward exploration distance of 30 meters.However,no major breakthrough has been made in China.Based on the development differences between China and other countries,some suggestions are put forward.
