玉液汤治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及对氧化应激影响的Meta分析 被引量:3

Meta-analysis ofthe Effectiveness of Yuye Decoction in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus,Type 2 and its impact on oxidative stress

摘要 目的:系统评价玉液汤治疗T2DM的临床疗效和对氧化应激的影响,为临床应用提供循证依据。方法:计算机检索(检索时限:各数据库收录文献最早年限至2023年2月1日)PubMed、Cochrane library、Embase、CNKI、万方、CBM和VIP数据库,查找玉液汤治疗T2DM的RCT,对符合纳入标准的文献进行资料提取,用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献进行偏倚风险评估,RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入14个RCT,1540例T2DM患者。Meta分析结果显示,实验组HbAlc[MD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.33,-0.73),P<0.05]、Homa-IR[SMD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.97,-0.02),P<0.05]、MDA[SMD=-1.46,95%CI(-2.17,-0.76),P<0.05]显著低于对照组;实验组Homa-β[SMD=1.34,95%CI(0.37,2.31),P<0.05]、SOD[MD=12.98,95%CI(10.61,15.35),P<0.05]、GSH-PX[SMD=0.72,95%CI(0.49,0.95),P<0.05]显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:与常规治疗相比,玉液汤联合常规治疗能有效控制血糖,增加胰岛素分泌及敏感性,抑制氧化应激反应。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Yuye Decoction in the treatment of T2DM and its impact on oxidative stress,providing evidencebased support for clinical application.Methods:Retrieved from,PubMed,Cochrane library,EMbase,CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wangfang Data during the establishment of the database to February 1st,2023,randomized controlled trials(RCT)about Yuye Decoction in the treatment of T2DM.After data extraction of included literatures met inclusion criteria,quality evaluation with Cochrane System Evaluator Handbook 5.3,Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3.Results:There were 14 clinical randomized controlled trials included,involving 1540 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that HbAlc[MD=-1.03,95%CI(-1.33,-0.73),P<0.05],Homa-IR[SMD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.97,-0.02),P<0.05]and MDA[SMD=-1.46,95%CI(-2.17,-0.76),P<0.05]in Yuye Decoction group were significantly lower than control group,and Homa-β[SMD=1.34,95%CI(0.37,2.31),P<0.05],SOD[MD=12.98,95%CI(10.61,15.35),P<0.05],GSH-PX[SMD=0.72,95%CI(0.49,0.95),P<0.05]in Yuye Decoction group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment,the combination of Yuye Decoction and conventional treatment can effectively control HbAlc,increase insulin secretion and sensitivity,and inhibit oxidative stress response.
