摘要
目的:探究循证护理干预在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法:研究对象是2021年8月-2022年8月在我院接受治疗的120例糖尿病患者,分为两组。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用循证护理干预。对比两组患者护理效果。结果:比较治疗有效率,实验组高于对照组,P<0.05;比较护理后SAS评分、SDS评分,实验组均低于对照组,差异P<0.05。结论:循证护理干预手段能提高糖尿病患者的治疗有效率,消除患者负性情绪,护理效果显著。
objective:to explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in elderly diabetes care.Methods:a total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes,who were treated in our hospital from August to August 2022,were 2021 into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given evidence-based nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P≪0.05.The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,P≪0.05;.Conclusion:evidence-based nursing intervention can improve the effective rate of diabetes patients,eliminate the negative emotions of patients,nursing effect is significant.
