摘要
复发性腰椎间盘突出症是腰椎间盘突出症术后常见的并发症.后路椎间融合术能够彻底地摘除髓核组织,解除压迫,使黏连的神经根有效松解,融合手术同时可以通过使用cage撑开责任椎间隙,恢复腰椎生理曲度和椎间的高度,使得手术节段更符合生物力学要求,减缓腰椎退变的进程,有效改善患者的生存质量.
Recurrent lumbar disc herniation is a common complication of lumbar disc herniation surgery.Posterior interbody fusion can completely remove the nucleus pulposus tissue,relieve nerve compression,and release the adhesion of nerve roots.At the same time,the fusion operation can open the intervertebral space through the intervertebral fusion cage,restore the intervertebral height and lumbar physiological curvature,make the surgical segment more in line with the biomechanical requirements,thus slow down the process of lumbar degeneration,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
