摘要
含推进电机在内的推进系统是特种船舶水下辐射噪声的主要噪声源,国内对其研究较少,本文采用有限元(FEM)和边界元(BEM)联合求解的数值计算方法对推进电机水下辐射噪声进行研究。以某科考船船机舱段和流体域的流固耦合模型为研究对象,将某电机台架实验机脚振动加速度级作为激励载荷输入,利用有限元软件计算出舱段结构湿表面结构振动位移响应,导入边界元软件进行利用直接边界元方法计算,得到了两种安装状态下推进电机的水下辐射噪声。
Marine propulsion system including electrical machine is main underwater noise sources of special type ship,but correlative research is lack in china,underwater noise radiation from marine propulsion electrical machine was calculated by finite element method and boundary element method(FEM and BEM).Engine room of a research vessel and fluid—structure coupling model was taken as the research object,the seat vibration level of a electrical machine tested on bench was supposed as the exciting force,the vibration displacement responses of the outer plate underwater were obtained using FEM software and were treated as the boundary condition of BEM software,direct boundary element method was employed to calculate the underwater radiation noise from marine propulsion electrical machine under different mounting conditions.
