摘要
近年来,越来越多的研究表明间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)来源的外泌体不仅能够模拟MSCs的生物学活性,且与MSCs相比,具有低免疫原性、易获得、易保存、性质稳定等优点。MSCs源性外泌体(exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs-Exo)在各种疾病动物模型中的研究也不断被报道,MSCs-Exo有望成为一种新兴的“无细胞”治疗方法。该文就MSCs-Exo的生物学特性和功能、MSCs-Exo在皮肤疾病治疗中的研究进展及应用前景进行综述。
Recently,an increasing number of studies have demonstrated that mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)-derived exosomes(MSCs-Exo)can not only emulate the biological activities of MSCs,but also have the advantages of lower immunogenicity,easier access,simpler preservation,and more stable properties compared with MSCs.The investigation of MSCs-Exo in various animal models of diseases has been consistently reported,indicating its potential as a promising"cell-free"therapeutic method.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the biological characteristics,functions,research advancements,and potential applications of MSCs-Exo in the treatment of skin diseases.
