实验室信息管理系统控制图在苯甲酸和山梨酸测定中的应用

摘要 目的设计和构建实验室信息管理系统(laboratory information management system,LIMS)中控制图的功能模块,直观分析苯甲酸和山梨酸测定的变化趋势,实现在线监测食品中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量的测定.方法研究设计了LIMS控制图功能模块,包括监测日期、样品类型、测试项目及方法、检测人员、质控样品数据等关键信息.以高效液相色谱法测定食品中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量为例,加入选定的质控样品,收集14个月的测试数据,利用LIMS分别自动生成均值(X)控制图、单值(I)控制图,观察其测试数据的离散程度.结果苯甲酸和山梨酸的检测数据均在X控制图和I控制图的上、下控制限之间,说明实验室在该期间使用高效液相色谱法测定食品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的测定结果准确、可靠.结论利用LIMS在线绘制控制图,可监控高效液相色谱法测定食品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的测定过程,该范本可复制推广,为衡量实验室的检测能力和开展质量监控提供参考依据. Objective To design and construct the functional module of control mapping in laboratory information management system(LIMS)to intuitively analyze the change trend of benzoic acid and sorbate acid determination,so as to realize online monitoring of benzoic acid and sorbate acid content determination in food.Methods The function module of LIMS control chart was researched and designed,including the key information such as monitoring date,sample type,test items and methods,test personnel and quality control sample data.Taking the determination of benzoic acid and sorbate in food by high performance liquid chromatography as an example,the selected quality control samples were added to collect the test data for 14 months,and the mean(X)control chart and single value(I)control chart were automatically generated by LIMS to observe the degree of dispersion of the test data.Results The detection data of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were between the upper and lower control limits of the X and the I control chart,indicating that the laboratory used high-performance liquid chromatography to determine benzoic acid and sorbic acid in food during this period,and the determination results were accurate and reliable.Conclusion The application of determination of benzoic acid and sorbate acid by using the laboratory information management system in food drawing control chart online,the determination process of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in food can be monitored by high performance liquid chromatography.The sample can be replicated and promoted,which providing a reference for measuring the laboratory's detection ability and carrying out quality control.
