物理沉淀法处理刺参海水养殖尾水及其水质变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究刺参海水养殖尾水经过物理沉淀后的水质变化规律.方法以刺参海水养殖尾水为实验材料,采用静置物理沉淀的处理方法,分别于不同沉淀时间(1、4、8d)取样,对表层尾水中悬浮物、化学需氧量、无机氮、活性磷酸盐、总氮、总磷等指标进行实验室检测分析.结果尾水中悬浮物含量在沉淀1d后即显著降低(P<0.01),沉淀4、8 d后呈现持续降低的趋势;化学需氧量、无机氮、活性磷酸盐、总氮、总磷含量在沉淀1 d后显著降低(P<0.01),随着沉淀时间的延长,上述污染因子含量逐渐升高,均呈上升趋势.结论尾水经短期物理沉淀可有效降低表层悬浮物、化学需氧量、无机氮、活性磷酸盐、总氮、总磷含量. Objective To study the change of water quality in the tail water of Stichopus japonicus aquaculture effluent after physical precipitation.Methods Using the Stichopus japonicus aquaculture effluent as the experimental material,the treatment method of static physical sedimentation was adopted,samples were collected at different times(1,4,8 d).The total suspended solids,chemical oxygen demand,inorganic nitrogen,dissolved inorganic phosphate,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were measured and analyzed in the laboratory.Results The concentration of total suspended solids in the aquaculture effluent significantly decreased after 1 day of sedimentation,and showed a continuous decreasing trend after 4 and 8 days of sedimentation;the concentration of chemical oxygen demand,inorganic nitrogen,dissolved inorganic phosphate,total nitrogen and total phosphorus decreased significantly after 1 day of sedimentation.With the extension of precipitation time,the concentration of the above water quality indicators gradually increased,showing an upward trend.Conclusion Short-term physical precipitation can effectively reduce the concentration of total suspended solids,chemical oxygen demand,inorganic nitrogen,dissolved inorganic phosphate,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the surface layer of the aquaculture effluent.
