盾构下穿高压电塔基础保护措施

摘要 北京轨道交通新机场线地下盾构区间采用8.8m外径盾构管片,列车设计最高时速160 km,是北京首次在地铁建设中采用的大直径盾构管片.为满足设计时速要求,盾构区间下穿高压走廊,从不同位置穿越13座高压电塔基础.为保证高压电塔整体安全,通过数值模拟计算,进行精细化设计;对于不同位置关系采取不同保护方案,对基础采取预先加固措施;提前设置试验段,对试验段数据进行总结,优化调整盾构掘进参数,从设计、施工、监测多方面保障穿越段安全.该段区间已于2018年8月28日顺利贯通. The shield tunnel section of the new airport line of Beijjng rail transit is designed to adopt 8.8 m outer diameter shield tunnel segments with the maximum train design speed of 160 km,which is the first large-diameter shield tunnel segment used in subway in Beijing.To meet the requirements of design speed,the shield interval was needed to pass under high voltage corridor from different locations across 13 high tower foundation.In order to ensure the safety of high pressure tower as a whole,the fine design was carried out by numerical simulation,the plans of different protection were adopted for different positions,the pre-reinforcing measures were taken for the foundations.The test section was set in advance so as to summarize test section data,optimize and adjust the parameters,ensure the safety of the crossing section from design,construection and monitoring,The segment interval was completed on August 28,2018.
