摘要
以在建高速铁路隧道穿越岩溶弱发育段落为背景,介绍采用钢管桩注浆加固技术处理隧道软弱基底的设计与施工,包括地质条件分析、方案比选、钢管桩参数确定、注浆材料选择、注浆压力确定、注浆顺序、施工工艺及注浆效果评价等内容.针对隧道软弱基底段落的结构状态及施工条件进行分析,根据分析结果调整方案,最终完成钢管桩注浆加固方案的实施.通过常规注浆效果评价方法,得出高速铁路隧道软弱基底通过钢管桩注浆加固处理满足其对地基承载力的要求,验证了钢管桩注浆加固技术处理隧道软基的合理性和可行性,这为同类工程提供一个可参考和借鉴的工程实例.
Taking the construction of hish-speed railway tunnel thI.oush the weak karst development section as the background,the author introduced the steel pipe pile grouting reinforcement technique to dispose the soft base of the tunnel in the procedure of the design and construction,including geological condition analysis,scheme comparison,steel pipe pile parameters,grouting materials and grouting pressure,grouting sequence,construction process and grouting effect evaluation.With the conventional grouting effect evaluation method,it was concluded that the weak basement of high-speed railway tunnel could meet the requirement of its foundation bearing capacity through the grouting treatment of steel pipe pile,which verified the rationality and feasibility of the grouting treatment technology of steel pipe pile for the soft foundation of tunnel,trying to provide a reference for similar projects.
