摘要
随着高速铁路建设的不断发展,越来越多的城市道路建设需下穿已开通营运的高铁桥梁,呈立体交叉形式,且高铁桥下施工净空不足及对桥墩的影响成为困扰其施工的一大难题。本文以苏州城北路项目为依托,下穿沪宁城际高铁桥下钻孔灌注桩采用特制低净空钻机施工,并对高铁桥墩结构进行数值模拟和现场监测数据分析,施工过程基本不影响既有高铁桥梁结构的稳定与安全性,取得了较好的应用效果,填补了低净空领域桩基施工及对周边建筑物监测的短板,为类似受限工况条件下穿既有建筑物工程施工提供借鉴。
With the development of high-speed railway construction,more and more urban road construction needs to go through the high-speed railway bridge that has been put into operation,forming a grade separation mode.And the lack of construction clearance under the high-speed railway bridge and the impact on the pier have become major problems in construction.This paper is based on the Suzhou Chengbei Road project,the bored piles under the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway bridge are constructed by special low clearance boring machine,and the numerical simulation and monitoring data analysis of the high-speed railway pier structure are carried out.The construction process basically does not affect the stability and safety of the existing high-speed railway bridge structure,and achieves good application results.It fills the short slab of pile construction in low clearance area and monitoring of surrounding buildings,and provides reference for construction of undercrossing existing buildings under similar restricted working conditions.
