钢带捆扎质子交换膜燃料电池端板拓扑优化 被引量:2

Topology Optimization of Steel Strip Bundling Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell End Plate

摘要 面向国内外车用质子交换膜燃料电池堆高性能、高体积比功率的重大需求,针对电堆整体轻量化的要求,首先利用CATIA建立了燃料电池的三维模型,之后利用ANSYS的拓扑优化模块对端板进行了拓扑优化,并对优化后的电堆整体受力状态进行了分析.根据仿真结果,优化后的端板质量减轻42.34%,接触面上中线处的位移均方根值减少5.31%,整个端板满足强度要求.通过理论计算及仿真模拟,得出了一种经过优化的端板结构形式,对燃料电池的端板优化及封装设计具有参考价值. For the high-performance demand of highquality proton exchange membrane fuel cell stacks for domestic and foreign vehicles,this paper firstly uses the CATIA to establish a three-dimensional model of the fuel cell,and then uses the topology optimization module of ANSYS to topology the end plate.Optimization,and analyzed the overall stress state of the optimized reactor.According to the simulation results,the optimized end plate quality is reduced by 42.34%,and the root mean square value of the displacement at the midline of the contact surface is reduced by 5.31%,and the entire end plate meets the strength requirement.Through theoretical calculation and simulation,this paper obtains an optimized end plate structure form,which has reference value for fuel cell end plate optimization and package design.
