摘要
目的探讨肾衰竭患者血液透析中延续护理的效果.方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的310例肾衰竭血液透析患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各155例,对照组(采取常规护理),研究组(采取延续护理),比较两组的护理效果.结果研究组出院30、90 d的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)与对照组相比,较后者更低(P<0.05).研究组患者的生存质量评分与对照组相比,较后者更高(P<0.05).结论对于肾衰竭血液透析患者,采取延续护理,可改善患者的生活质量,从而提高治疗的效果.
Objective This paper aims to discuss the effect of continuous nursing in hemodialysis patients with renal failure.Methods 310 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,155 cases in the control group(conventional nursing)and 155 cases in the study group(continuous nursing).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood creatinine(Cr)of the study group were lower than those of the control group on 30 and 90 days after discharge(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients with renal failure,continuous nursing can improve the quality of life of patients and enhance the treatment effect.
