摘要
[目的/意义]网络空间安全人才的培养关系到国家的安全.为了加快落实中央网信办、教育部等部门关于一流网络空间安全学院建设的任务要求,结合高校校院两级特色,从网络空间安全学院"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的根本问题着手,围绕着德智体美劳"五育"并举,采取一系列措施,探索了一条高校网络安全人才培养的有效途径.[方法/过程]鉴于网络空间安全学科的特殊性,提出了始终面向国家重大需求进行人才培养的育人总目标.具体来说,提出了"立德为先""启智作本""尚体健身""蕴美养心""勤劳塑人"5阶层级的路径.通过主题讲座、专题活动、技术论坛、志愿服务等形式,全方位地开展教育,做到对"五育"的全覆盖.[结果/结论]培养了一批"全面发展"的网络安全优秀学生,在网络攻防重大课题和国家重点研发项目、国防军工等领域科研中,取得了突出的成绩.在学科竞赛、志愿服务上也有优异的表现,使得越来越多的学生选择扎根基层或重点行业就业.
[Purpose/Significance]The cultivation of cyberspace security talents relates to national security.In order to accelerate the implementation of the task requirements of the Central Cyberspace Administration,the Ministry of Education and other departments on the construction of first-class cyberspace security colleges,a series of measures have been taken to explore an efficient way to cultivate cyberspace security talent in university in conjunction with the characteristics of the two levels of college and university by starting with the fundamental problem of what kind of people cyberspace security college should cultivate,how to cultivate people,and for whom to cultivate people,and focusing on simultaneous development of five aspects,i.e.,moral,intelligence,physical,and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit.[Method/Process]In view of particularity of cyberspace security,a general objectof national-requirement oriented cultivation of talent has been proposed.Specifically,a five-level way that includes"Moral as core","Intelligence as fundamental","Physical as support","Aesthetic as base"and"Hard-working as frame"has been proposed.[Results/Conclusion]All-round development has been carried out to cover all ofthe five aspects by thematic lectures,special activities,technical forums,volunteer services,etc.A group of“all-round developed”students in cyberspace security field have been cultivated,thereby achieving outstanding achievements in important subjects and national key research and development projects for network attack and defense,and national military industries.Excellent performance has been presented in academic competitions and volunteer services.More and more students choose to work at grass roots or engage in key industries.
