[目的/意义]在ChatGPT时代,探究构建网络空间命运共同体的挑战及对策,推动构建网络空间命运共同体.[方法/过程]以ChatGPT为代表的新一代生成式人工智能,推动人工智能实现从感知理解世界到生成创造世界的巨大跃迁,ChatGPT的融入将为构建网络空间命运共同体带来新的挑战,提供新的路径.[结果/结论]ChatGPT助力防范化解生成式人工智能自身及其连带风险,推动网络空间命运共同体的构建,最终推进人类命运共同体的伟大进程.
