摘要
近年来,通信行业跨专业融合与云网的融合,给网络运维带来了巨大挑战.故障的处理不再局限于本专业,更多是跨专业的协作处理.通过以重大故障关键管控措施为切入点,覆盖故障前、中、后三阶段,对云网故障进行深入分析.从如何夯实重大操作管控、网络运维分析等方面入手,构建出一套保障网络安全、可靠、稳定和可持续演进的故障运维体系.
In recent years,the cross-specialty and the fusion of cloud and netowrk in telecommunication field,has brought big challenges to the network operation.Outage recovery requires not only the network professionals,but also the cooperation of professionals in multi-fileds.This article designs the key control methods of critical outage by in-depth outage analysis through the phases of before,during and after.It talks about the aspects on how to control major operation in production environment,how to analyse network status,and finally presents a security,reliable,stable and sustainable system outage recovery solution.
