摘要
本文分析离心机永磁轴承仿真系统自动化建模研究与实现相关内容,优先介绍了离心机转子,与永磁轴特征,以及永磁轴良好使用方法,在掌握永磁轴整体特征后,深入对离心机永磁轴承仿真系统自动化建模研究与实现相关内容进行分析,并且给出合理建议:如,设计一个科学并且合理的建模程序,不断优化,选择在SolidWorks软件的环境内构建一个参数化和具有永磁轴承特征的模型,利用SolidWorks三维软件以及VB语言,使二者结合并且通过二次开发来实现,采取由上向下以及由底向上的方式来建模和装配等.
This paper analyzes the research and implementation of the automatic modeling of the centrifuge permanent magnet bearing simulation system,and firstly introduces the centrifuge rotor,the characteristics of the permanent magnet shaft,and the good use of the permanent magnet shaft.After mastering the overall characteristics of the permanent magnet shaft,In-depth analysis of the automatic modeling research and implementation of the centrifuge permanent magnet bearing simulation system,and give reasonable suggestions:For example,design a scientific and reasonable modeling program,optimize it continuously,and choose to build a model in the SolidWorks software environment.The parametric model and the model with the characteristics of the permanent magnet bearing use SolidWorks 3D software and VB language to combine the two and realize it through secondary development.
