儿童变异性哮喘发病机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 咳嗽变异性哮喘(CAV)又称过敏性咳嗽、隐匿性哮喘、咳嗽性哮喘,是一种以顽固性咳嗽为特征的非典型性哮喘.临床上仅表现为持续或反复发作的慢性咳嗽,而无典型哮喘的喘息和肺部阳性体征,给小儿患者的生长发育及健康成长造成了严重的影响,每年全球约有670万儿童被诊断为小儿哮喘^([1]).儿童CAV由免疫、遗传和环境等因素共同作用所引起的呼吸道急、慢性炎性反应,多为过敏性炎性反应.现就近十年来有关CAV的发病机制研究进展综述如下.
