摘要
目的研究血常规检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值.方法研究起止时间为2020年1月-2021年1月,研究对象为70例血液检验的患者,将其作为研究组,抽取30例血液检验正常的健康志愿者作为对照组,将研究组中的40例缺铁性贫血患者记为A组,余下30例地中海贫血患者组成B组.其中男性21例,女性19例,年龄在15-65岁间,平均年龄35.25±2.34岁,余下30例地中海贫血患者组成B组,其中男女各15例,年龄在15-64岁间,平均年龄35.32±2.35岁.另在同样的期间内抽取30例血液检验正常的健康志愿者作为对照组,其中男性16例,女性14例,年龄在15-64岁间,平均年龄35.35±2.38岁.结果经过血液检验结果对比发现,A组患者的血液检验指标RBC、Hb均低于B组,A组患者血液检验指标RDW高于另外两组,并且差异明显;B组患者的血液检验指标RBC、RBC/MVCV为三组最高,且差异明显;对照组健康志愿者的血液检验指标MCH、MCV明显高于A组、B组,数据间差异均具备统计学意义(P<0.05).结论血液中的RDW、RBC、MCH、Hb、MCV等血液检验指标能够较好地反映出贫血患者的贫血类型,对贫血患者进行诊断和鉴别具有不菲价值.
Objective To study the value of routine blood test in differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods The starting and ending time of the study was from January 2020 to January 2021.70 patients with blood test were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy volunteers with normal blood test were selected as the control group.40 patients with iron deficiency anemia in the study group were recorded as group A,and the remaining 30 patients with thalassemia formed group B.Among them,there were 21 males and 19 females,aged 15-65 years,with an average age of 35.25±2.34 years.The remaining 30 patients with thalassemia formed group B,including 15 males and 15 females,aged 15-64 years,with an average age of 35.32±2.35 years.In the same period,30 healthy volunteers with normal blood test were selected as the control group,including 16 males and 14 females,aged 15-64 years,with an average age of 35.35±2.38 years.Results After comparing the blood test results,it was found that RBC and Hb in group A were lower than those in group B,and RDW in group A was higher than that in the other two groups;RBC and rbc/mvcv were the highest in group B,and the difference was significant;The blood test indexes MCH and MCV of healthy volunteers in the control group were significantly higher than those in group A and group B,and the difference between the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood test indexes such as RDW,RBC,MCH,Hb and MCV can better reflect the anemia type of anemia patients,and have great value in the diagnosis and differentiation of anemia patients.
