摘要
清代学者段玉裁及王念孙父子都指出,传世文献中的"最"有一些是"冣"字的讹误,但是他们认定的讹误范围不同.我们全面考察了上古的出土文献,梳理了"冣""最"形音义的变迁,发现以汉武帝时期为限,此前"冣"与"聚"为异体关系,而此后,"冣"与"最"相混,逐渐构成异体关系.这比段玉裁认定的时期要早.在此基础上我们对传世文献中与"最"有关的校勘提出新的看法.
The scholars of the Qing Dynasty,Duan Yucai,Wang Niansun and his son pointed out that some of the characters"zui"(最)in the literature handed on from ancient times are the mistake of the characters"ju"(冣),but they have disagreement on the area where the mistake occurred.Based on the unearthed literature,we summarize the evolution of the graph,pronunciation and meaning of the characters,"ju"(冣)and"zui"(最),and discover that the character"ju"(冣)is a variation of the character"ju"(聚)before the time of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty and gradually turns into a variation of the character"zui"(最)when it is earlier than the time Duan Yucai identified.On this basis we offer new ideas about the literal emendation of the character"zui"(最)in the literature handed on from ancient times.
