摘要
针对油田压裂返排液成分复杂、聚合物含量高、含油泥、水质变化幅度大、药剂添加精度难控制、检测仪表数据不稳定等特点,采用滤波技术、均值化处理技术对在线传感器信号进行模/数转换处理.考虑返排液系统内部各个在线检测仪表与动力设备之间不能实现直接通信和控制,且内部各点数据不能共享、存储等特性,提出基于PLC技术的智能控制系统.系统引入了人机操作界面和上位机系统平台,实现了对药剂添加、液位控制以及污泥处理工艺过程的自动控制和数据管理.试验结果表明了PLC技术应用于油田压裂返排液处理过程的可行性,其必将成为行业发展的方向.
In accordance with the features of fracturing flowback liquid in oilfield,e.g.,complex compositions,high content of polymers,containing oil sludge,large variation of water quality,difficult control of dosing accuracy,and unstable detection data from the instruments,etc.,the A/D conversion of online sensing signals is conducted by using filtering technology and averaging value processing technology.Considering the direct communication and control among each online detection instrument in flowback liquid system and power equipment cannot be implemented,and interior data cannot be shared and stored,the intelligent control system based on PLC technology is proposed.In the system,man machine operation interface and host computer system platform are introduced,to realize automatic control and data management for dosing,level control and technical process of sludge treatment.The test result indicates that using PLC technology in fracturing flowback liquid process is feasible;it will become the developing direction of this industry field.
