摘要
目的观察内界膜(ILM)剥除联合玻璃体腔注射小剂量曲安奈德(TA)治疗特发性黄斑前膜的临床疗效.方法选取2014年8月至2015年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院眼科收治的特发性黄斑前膜患者32例(32只眼),观察其术前及术后的视力及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)变化.结果术后1、2、4个月,患者BCVA逐渐提高,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1、2、4个月,CMT逐渐减少,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论内界膜剥除联合玻璃体腔注射小剂量曲安奈德治疗特发性黄斑前膜是安全有效的,可以减轻黄斑水肿,提高视力,并能预防复发.
Objective To observe the effect to Idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane by means of removing inner limiting membrane and injecting small dose of TA into vitreous space.Methods Thirty-two eyes with IMEM from August 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.The changes of the vision and the thickness of macular before and after operation(1 month、2 months and 4 months)were observed.Results The vision promoted gradually in 1 month、2 months and 4 months after operation,the difference was significant,P<0.05.The thickness of macular decreased obviously,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusions Removing inner limiting membrane and injecting small dose of TAinto vitreous space to treat IMEM is safe and effective,alleviating macular edema,improving vision and preventing recurrence.
