摘要
目的:在临床诊疗过程中提供知识查询、安全预警、动态监测等功能,达到降低医疗差错、提高医疗质量的目的.方法:利用大数据、自然语言处理、规则引擎等技术,通过构建院级规则库、智能临床路径规则库、区域级规则库,打造具备自主产权的临床辅助决策系统.结果:提升了诊疗质量及效率,规范了诊疗行为,为提供同质化医疗服务提供了基础.结论:基于规则库的临床辅助决策系统达到了预期目标,能广泛应用于各种医疗业务场景.
Objective:To provide knowledge query,early warning of safety,dynamic monitoring and other functions in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,reduce medical errors and improve the medical quality.Methods:With big data,natural language processing,rule engine and other technologies,by building a hospital-level rule base,an intelligent clinical path rule base and a regional rule base,a clinical decision-making assistance system with independent property rights is built.Results:The quality and efficiency of diagnosis and treatment is improved,the behaviors of diagnosis and treatment are standardized,and the basis is provided for providing homogeneous medical services.Conclusion:The clinical decision-making assistance system based on the rule base has achieved the expected goal.It can be widely used in various medical business scenarios.
