盐城市盐都区2016-2022年成蚊监测

Analysis of mosquito monitoring results in Yandu District of Yancheng City from 2016 to 2022

摘要 目的了解盐城市盐都区2016-2022年蚊虫种群构成、密度变化、生境分布、季节消长特征,为预防控制蚊虫及蚊媒传染病提供参考.方法采用灯诱法在居民区、城区公园、医院、农村民房、稻田处和湿地公园等生境进行蚊密度监测,比较分析不同年份、不同生境的蚊种和密度变化规律.结果共捕获蚊虫86959只,平均蚊密度为29.34只/(灯·夜),在不同年份间总体呈下降趋势.前3位的蚊种为淡色/致倦库蚊、三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊,分别占总捕蚊数的64.14%、19.59%和11.12%.6种生境中湿地公园蚊密度最高,达76.69只/(灯·夜);农村民房、稻田次之,分别为22.87、37.29只/(灯·夜).不同蚊种和不同生境均呈现以夏季为高峰的单峰曲线季节消长.结论盐城市盐都区蚊虫密度总体呈下降趋势,优势蚊种为淡色/致倦库蚊;农村地区和湿地公园等野外环境是蚊虫防治重点区域,需要在夏、秋季高峰期到来前既采取综合治理措施. Objective To understand the population composition,density change,habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito in Yandu District of Yancheng City,and to provide reference for mosquito control and mosquito-borne infectious disease control.Methods Mosquito density was measured by light trapping method in residential areas,parks,hospitals,under the eaves of rural houses,near rice fields and wetland parks.Mosquito species and density changes in different years and different habitats were compared and analyzed.Results A total of 86959 mosquitoes were captured,with an average mosquito density of 29.34 mosquitoes/(lamp·night),showing an overall downward trend.The top three mosquito species were Culex pipiens pallens/C.pipiens quinquefasciatus,C.tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis,accounting for 64.14%,19.59%and 11.12%of the total number of mosquitoes,respectively.Among the six habitats,the wetland park had the highest mosquito density of 76.69/(lamp·night).Under the rural eaves and near the paddy field,they were 22.87 and 37.29/(lamp·night),respectively.Different mosquito species and habitats showed a single-peak curve seasonal fluctuation peaked in summer.Conclusion The overall mosquito density in Yandu District of Yancheng City showed a downward trend.The dominant mosquito species was C.pipiens pallens/C.pipiens quinquefasciatus.The field environment such as rural areas and wetland parks was the key area for mosquito control.It is necessary to take comprehensive control measures before the arrival of the peak period in summer and autumn.
