摘要
植物源杀虫剂因其高效、低毒、无污染、选择性高、不易使害虫产生抗药性等特征,符合卫生杀虫剂从传统的有机化学物质向环境友好防制药物转化的发展趋势.综述了具有杀灭、驱避活性的植物及其次生物质的主要活性成分,同时还重点介绍植物源物质防制蜱类的主要作用方式和机制,并指出了目前植物源蜱类防制药剂开发、利用中存在的问题,并展望了其发展前景.
Botanical insecticides have various advantages,including high efficacy,low toxicity,no pollution,high specificity,and low possibility of triggering resistance.These characteristics for botanical insecticides coincide with the trend that sanitary insecticides are transformed from the conventional chemicals to eco-friendly preventive drugs.In this paper,we reviewed the main active components of plants and their secondary substances with killing and repellent efficacies.We also focused on the main mode and mechanism of action of plant-derived substances against ticks.Finally,the current problems were delineated in the development and utilization of plant-derived compounds for tick control,and the prospects of their development were given.
