摘要
克罗恩病(CD)是一种慢性复发性炎症性肠病,影像学检查在CD诊疗中发挥着重要的作用.近年来,多种影像新技术逐渐应用于CD领域以满足临床个体化诊疗的需求.我们总结了常规CT肠道成像、MR肠道成像、多种新兴的功能和定量影像新技术在CD中的应用及最新进展,也简单介绍了影像-菌群组学和人工智能应用于CD领域等研究热点的概况.
Crohn's disease(CD)is a chronic recurrent inflammatory bowel disease,and imaging examinations play an important role in CD diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,a variety of new imaging technologies have been applied to meet the needs of clinical individualized therapy of CD patients.This article reviews the application and new progress of CTE/MRE in CD,including the functional and quantitative imaging technologies,as well as a brief introduction about radiomicrobiomics and artificial intelligence.
