摘要
智慧军事物流概念起源于社会物流,成熟于智能化战争。智能化战争塑造了新的物流环境,对智慧军事物流组织形态和发展理念提出新的挑战,需要更加适应对抗、具有学习演进能力,达到全域融通的更“智慧”的军事物流。应对智能化战争,发展智慧军事物流,应坚持人民战争思想,从宏观上统筹智能安全、物流工业、自主开放等问题。
The concept of smart military logistics originates from civillian logistics and its theory has been matured in intelligent warfare.Intelligent warfare has shaped a new logistics environment for smart military,and creates new challenges for the logistics organizational form and development concept,which needs to be more adaptable to confrontation,have the ability of learning evolvement,and achieve a more“intelligent”performance of military logistics at all theaters.Military logistics,in response to the intelligent war and the development of intelligent military logistics,should adhere to the perspective of people’s war,and coordinate the issues of intelligent security,logistics industry,and independent open-up from a macro perspective.
