摘要
国家心血管病医疗质量控制中心专家委员会心力衰竭专家工作组(NCCQI-HF)于2020年12月发布了国家心肌病中心(NCMC)认证标准,包含了以下六个方面:心肌病中心建设的基本条件,心肌病及心肌炎患者的诊治,心肌病及心肌炎患者的随访,心肌病及心肌炎患者及其家庭成员的教育,心肌病及心肌炎专业医务人员的培训,心肌病及心肌炎医疗质量评价、控制与改进。为了促进该认证标准的顺利实施,现制定NCMC认证标准细则。
The Working Group on Heart Failure, National Center for Cardiovascular Quality Improvement (NCCQI-HF) has published the certification standards for National Cardiomyopathy Center (NCMC), including the following six aspects: basic condition for center construction, the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiomyopathy and myocarditis, follow-up of patients, education for patients and their family member′s, professional medical personnel training, medical quality evaluation, control and improvement. In order to promote the implementation of the certification standards of NCMC, the scoring rules for the certification standards are formulated in this paper.
