摘要
课程建设是军事职业教育的重要内容之一,本文阐述了课程建设的原则,分析其存在的问题,从构建能力素质标准、统筹建设任务、提高建设针对性、建立激励制度和加强队伍建设等方面对如何加强课程建设提出了建议。
The curriculum construction is one of the important contents of the military career education.On the exposition of the principles of the curriculum construction,the author analyzes the existing problems,and gives suggestions on how to strengthen the curriculum construction from building competency standards,coordinating the construction tasks,improving pertinence of the construction to establishing the incentive system and strengthening the team construction.
