摘要
为贯彻落实乡村振兴战略,落实国家广播电视总局“智慧广电乡村工程”,本文创新提出了网络电视/地面数字电视/模拟电视三前端(HDDA,High Definition Digital Analog)方案,将广电单向和双向模式结合在一起,取消了机顶盒,大大降低了光纤到户的入户成本,能够高速低成本地完成广电乡村振兴的光纤覆盖接入。论文详细介绍了HDDA方案的系统建设、技术优势及不同场景中的实现方法。
In order to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the“Smart Radio and Television Rural Project”of NRTA,the innovative IPTV/DTMB/ATV three front end scheme proposed in this paper combines the one-way and two-way modes of Radio and Television,cancels the set-top box,greatly reduces the household cost of optical fiber to households,and can complete the optical fiber coverage and access of Radio and Television Rural Revitalization at high speed and low cost.The system construction,technical advantages and implementation methods in different scenarios of the HDDA scheme are introduced in detail.
