摘要
为探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合西沙必利在伴习惯性便秘的结直肠癌患者术前肠道准备的应用效果,将76例拟行手术治疗的伴习惯性便秘的结直肠癌患者随机分为A组和B组,各38例,2组术前采用不同方法进行肠道准备,A组单纯口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,B组在对照组基础上联合应用西沙必利。比较2组肠道清洁效果、不良反应、肠道准备时间(服药开始至末次排便时间)、排便次数,以及肠道准备前后Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)浓度。结果显示,B组肠道准备合格率明显高于A组,肠道准备时间短于A组,P<0.05;A组排便次数少于B组,P<0.05;2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。2组患者肠道准备后Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)浓度较治疗前无明显变化,组间比较,亦无明显差异,P>0.05。结果表明,与单纯应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散相比,联合应用西沙必利对伴习惯性便秘的结直肠癌患者进行术前肠道准备的肠道清洁效果更好,用时更短,虽排便次数略有所增加,但不增加不良反应,且对电解质水平无明显影响,安全可行。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of compound macrogol electrolyte powder(Powder)plus cisapride applied in bowel preparation of colorectal cancer patients complicated with habit constipation,randomly divided 76 cases met above conditions and to be subject to surgery into group A(38 cases,adopted oral Powder for bowel preparation)and group B(38 cases,Powder plus cisapride,did so);then,compared both groups’intestinal clean efficacy,unward reaction,the time for bowel preparation(from starting to administer drugs,to last-time defecation),defecation frequency,as well as the concentration of Na^(+),K^(+)and Cl^(-)before and after bowel preparation.As results,in the qualified rate of bowel preparation,and in defecation frequency group A was significantly lower and less than group B(all,P<0.05);in unward reaction incidence there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after bowel preparation both groups’concentration of Na^(+),K^(+)and Cl^(-)had no significant difference than before bowel preparation,as for comprison on inter-groups,so did(P>0.05).Results show that compared to only Powder,added with cisapride for bowel preparation of colorectal cancer patients with habit constipation have more better clean efficacy,more shorter preparation time,and patients’defecation frequency being increased,but unward reaction having no more,and not influencing electrolyte level significantly,what’s more,safe and feasible.
