摘要
目的:观察地奥司明片联合冰硝散外敷在混合痔自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)术后的应用效果。方法:将86例混合痔行RPH患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予地奥司明治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予冰硝散外敷治疗,比较2组患者的疗效及术后第1天、第7天疼痛、水肿评分。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与术后1d比较,术后7d2组患者术后疼痛、水肿评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地奥司明片联合冰硝散外敷能有效减轻患者的疼痛,促进水肿消退,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of diosmin tablet(Tablet)plus Bingxiao San(San)externally dressing applied after RPH for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in author’s hospital into control group(43 cases,alone Tablet)and observation group(43 cases,Tablet plus San externally dressing);then,compared effect,and the score ratings on pain and edema on 1st day,and 7th day after surgery between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);compared to the ratings 1 day after surgery,at 7 days after surgery both groups’ratings on pain and edema were declined,but observation group’s ratings were more lower than control group’s one(P<0.05).Conclusion Tablet plus San externally dressing can effectively relieve patients’pain,promote edema resolved,and their effect are significant.
