摘要
目的:观察消痔灵与3%聚多卡醇对大鼠皮肤黏膜和肌肉组织的影响,进一步剖析内痔注射治疗时药物选择的问题。方法:将12只大鼠左侧腹部皮肤黏膜及大腿肌肉组织注入消痔灵,右侧同部位注入3%聚多卡醇,10 d后观察两侧注射部位的变化,并取相应部位组织做苏木精-伊红(HE)染色行病理学检查。结果:腹部皮肤黏膜处,左侧见明显结节、触之较硬,与肌肉组织粘连紧密,右侧见大量纤维条索组织;大腿肌肉组织处,左侧触之较右侧坚硬,可扪及硬结。病理观察,双侧腹部均可见炎性细胞浸润,左侧范围散在,右侧集聚;左侧大腿肌肉组织可见明显炎性细胞浸润,范围较广,而右侧仅少量浸润,且范围较局限。结论:消痔灵注射液可能更适合脱垂性内痔的治疗,3%聚多卡醇注射液可能更适合出血性内痔的治疗。
Objective To observe the effects of Xiaozhiling injection and 3%of polidocanol injection on the skin mucous membrane and muscle tissue of rats,further analyze the problem of drug-selection in the internal hemorrhoids injection treatment.Methods The left abdominal skin mucous membrane and thigh muscle tissues of 12 rats were injected with Xiaozhiling,and 3%of polidocanol was injected into the same part of the right side.After 10 days,the conditions of injection sites on both sides were observed,and the corresponding tissues were stained with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)for pathological examination.Results In the skin mucous membrane of the abdomen,obvious nodules and hard touch were observed on the left side,closely adhered to muscle tissue,and a large number of fibrous cords were observed on the right side.In the thigh muscle tissue,the left side is harder than the right side,with palpable induration.Pathological observation showed inflammatory cell infiltration on both sides of abdomen,scattered on the left side and clustered on the right side.The muscle tissue of the left thigh is obviously infiltrated with extensive inflammatory cells,while the right thigh is only minimally infiltrated with inflammatory cells and limited.Conclusion Xiaozhiling injection may be more suitable for the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids,3%of polidocanol injection may be more suitable for the treatment of hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids.
