摘要
目的:探讨中药灌肠结合铜砭刮痧在单纯性肠梗阻治疗中的应用效果。方法:将78例单纯性肠梗阻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组在常规处理(禁食、抗感染、静脉补液、营养支持等)基础上予以中药灌肠,观察组在对照组基础上予以铜砭刮痧。比较2组患者临床总体疗效、首次排气时间、排便时间、腹痛消失时间及住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.44%,38/39)明显高于对照组(84.62%,33/39),P<0.05;而且与对照组相比,观察组排气、排便恢复更快,腹痛消失更早,住院时间更短,P<0.05。结论:中药灌肠治疗单纯性肠梗阻时配合铜砭刮痧,可提高治疗疗效,促进肠功能恢复,缩短疗程。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of TCM enema plus copper needle scraping(CNS)in the treatment of simple intestinal obstruction(SIO).Methods Randomly divided 78 SIO patients treated in authors’hospital(2020-06-2022-03)into control group(39 cases,routine management,including fast,anti-ionfection,intravenous clysis,and nutrition support,etc,added with TCM enema)and observation group(39 cases,based on control group,also,added with CNS);then,compared whole effect,as well as the time for first flatus,defecation,for abdominal pain disappeared,and for hospitalization.Results In total effective rate,in flatus,in defecation,in abdominal pain disappeard,and in hospitalization observation group was respectively higher(97.44%,38/39 vs 84.62%,33/39),faster,faster,earlier,and shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of SIO,TCM enema plus CNS can enhance effect,promote enteric function recovered,and shorten treatment course.
