摘要
目的:探讨和分析无汞生肌玉红膏促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的疗效。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年11月,本院收治的90例低位肛周脓肿患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。治疗组术后以自制的无汞生肌玉红膏纱条换药,对照组采取雷夫诺尔纱条换药。比较2组不同时间段的疼痛评分以及新生上皮出现时间。结果:两组术后2~8 d疼痛程度均上升,8 d后疼痛程度下降,但治疗组8 d后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);新生上皮出现时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无汞生肌玉红膏外用可减轻术后创面疼痛并加快愈合。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shengji Yuhong Gao not having mercury(a TCM formula,externally used,Plaster)in stopping-pain and promoting-healing after surgery for perianal abscess(PA).Methods Randomly divided 90 patients with low PA treated in author’s hosptial(2019-11-2021-11)into treatment group[45 cases,adopted Plaster(self-developed)gauze strip for dressing exchange]and cotrol group(45 cases,instead of strip medicated by ethacridine lactate);then,compared the pain ratings at difference time segment,and the time of neoformative epithelium emerging between the two groups.Results At 2-8 days after surgery both groups’pain intensity was all increased,after 8 days,the intensity declined,only treatment groups’intensity lower than control groups’one(P<0.05),and the emerging time of neoformative epithelieum in treatment group was significantly earlier than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Plaster externally dressing exchange can relieve postoperative wound surface pain intensity,and promote healing.
