摘要
目的:探讨肠梗阻患者肠镜检查前平卧位灌肠联合腹部按摩进行肠道准备的效果。方法:将2020年8月至2021年8月于我科拟行肠镜检查的72例肠梗阻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例,采用不同方法进行肠道准备,对照组常规左侧卧位灌肠,观察组平卧位灌肠并配合腹部按摩。比较2组患者肠道准备效果、灌肠情况及舒适度。结果:观察组肠道准备优良率明显高于对照组,且单次灌肠量大于对照组,灌肠次数少于对照组,灌肠舒适率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:与常规灌肠相比,肠梗阻患者肠镜检查前平卧位灌肠联合腹部按摩进行肠道准备的清洁效果更好,而且可减少灌肠次数,提高患者舒适度。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of performing enema at horizontal position combined with abdominal massage on patients with intestinal obstruction(IO)for bowel preparation before they receiving enteroscopy.Methods Randomly divided the 72IO patients to be subject to enteroscopy in authors'department(2020-08-2021-8)into control group(36cases,for bowel preparation routinely performing left-side slinostatism enema on patients)and observation group(36cases,enema at horizontal position combined with abdominal massage);then,compared both groups'efficacy of bowel preparation,enema status and patients'comfortable degree.Results In the fine rate of bowel preparation,enema volume of single time,enema numbers,as well as patients'comfortable degree observation group was higher,larger,less,as well as higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to routine enema before IO patients receiving enteroscopy performing enema at horizontal position combined with abdominal massage on them for bowel preparation has better efficacy,and can reduce enema numbers,and enhance patients'comfortable degree.
