摘要
为解决梁腹板开孔型梁柱弱轴连接节点抗剪承载力不足以及全焊型节点在地震作用下焊缝脆性断裂的问题,提出了一种钢管加强梁腹板开孔型梁柱弱轴连接形式。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对该节点连接形式进行了数值模拟分析,详细研究了不同参数对节点抗震能力的影响。结果表明:在合理参数取值范围内,钢管加强梁腹板开孔型梁柱弱轴连接节点在低周反复荷载作用下能够使塑性铰远离梁端,在节点域和柱位置未发生塑性变形。加强钢管厚度越大节点抗剪承载力越高,节点耗能系数越小;腹板开孔半径越大承载力越低,节点耗能系数越大;节点位移延性系数随加强钢管厚度和腹板开孔半径的增大先增加后降低;开孔距离主要对塑性铰产生位置有较大影响,开孔距离较大或者较小时,钢梁塑性铰均出现在梁端根部,不满足设计要求;给出了加强钢管厚度、腹板开孔半径、开孔距离合理建议取值,为实际工程提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of weak-axis joint with web opening and brittle fracture of welded joint under seismic loading,a kind of weak-axis joint with web opening strengthened by casing is proposed.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the joint form,and the influence of different parameters on the seismic performance of the joint is studied in detail.The results show that,within the reasonable parameter range,the weak-axis joint with web opening strengthened by casing can keep the plastic hinge away from the beam end under the low reversed cyclic loading,and there is no plastic deformation in the node location and the position of the column.The thicker the steel pipe thickness is,the higher the shear capacity of the joint is,and the smaller the energy dissipation coefficient of the joint is.The larger the opening radius of the web is,the lower the bearing capacity is,and the higher the energy dissipation coefficient is.The ductility coefficient of joint displacement increases firstly and then decreases with the thickness of reinforced steel tube and the radius of web opening.The web opening distance mainly has a great impact on the position of plastic hinge.If the web opening distance is far or near,plastic hinge appears at the root of beam end,which does not meet the design requirements.The reasonable recommended values of the thickness of reinforced steel pipe,the radius of web opening and the distance of opening are proposed,which can provide reference for practical engineering.
