摘要
本文结合动网格技术和运动学方程,利用平衡溶解空化模型对不同负载下的某大型可倾瓦轴颈轴承进行油膜数值仿真和流动分析。通过对五个不同负载下轴承可倾瓦的转动角度和转子的移动进行分析,模拟得到平衡状态下的油膜厚度分布,与实验油膜测量结果符合良好,说明平衡溶解空化模型、运动学方程和湍流模型组合的THD模拟方法能准确预测不同负载下的轴承油膜。通过分析仿真结果,发现随着负载增加,承载区湍流减弱,非承载区湍流增强,使得空化变多。同时,气体增多导致多相流动黏度下降,进而湍流增强。由此说明流动特性、热特性、空化特性共同影响轴承的性能,为可倾瓦轴颈轴承在多工况下的准确仿真提供方法。
In this paper,the oil film numerical simulation and flow analysis of a large tilting pad journal bearing under different loads are carried out by using the equilibrium gaseous cavitation model combined with dynamic mesh technology and kinematic equation.Through the analysis of the rotation angle of tilting pad and the movement of rotor under five different loads,the oil film thickness distribution under the equilibrium state is obtained by simulations,which is in good agreement with the experimental oil film data.It shows that the THD method combined with equilibrium gaseous cavitation model,kinematic equation and turbulence model can accurately predict the bearing oil film under different loads.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is found that with the increase of the load,the turbulence in the bearing area is weakened,and the turbulence in the unloaded area is enhanced,which makes the cavitation more.At the same time,the increase of gas leads to the decrease of multiphase flow viscosity and the enhancement of turbulence.The results show that the flow characteristics,thermal characteristics and cavitation characteristics jointly affect the bearing performance,which provides a method for accurate simulation of tilting pad journal bearing under multiple working conditions.
