摘要
针对供应链网络崩溃后危害程度大、影响范围广等问题,考虑供应链网络复杂性与无标度性的特点,对网络鲁棒性进行量化研究,构建加权供应链网络鲁棒性分析模型。采用改进节点收缩法和三角模糊数法对网络中节点间的关系进行全面客观的评价;分析加权供应链网络在蓄意攻击和随机攻击两种情况下的鲁棒性的变化,并提出改善措施。结合实例,分析该供应链网络的鲁棒性,发现在随机攻击下加权供应链网络具有较好的鲁棒性,而在蓄意攻击下,攻击重要度大的节点会使网络迅速地崩溃。为了提高网络弹性或稳定性,提出针对蓄意攻击的应对策略,以提高加权供应链网络的鲁棒性,这为实际工作中保护网络重要节点、优化网络设计提供了一定的研究思路。
Aiming at the problems of large damage and wide range of influence after the collapse of the supply chain network,considering the complexity and scale-free characteristics of the supply chain network,the network robustness is quantified and a weighted supply chain network robustness analysis model is constructed.The improved node shrinkage method and triangular fuzzy number method are used to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the relationship between the nodes in the network;the robustness of the weighted supply chain network under both intentional and random attacks is analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed.Combined with an example,the robustness of the supply chain network is analyzed,and it is found that the weighted supply chain network has better robustness under random attacks,and under deliberate attacks,attacking nodes with high importance will cause the network to collapse quickly.In order to improve the resilience or stability of the network,a countermeasure against deliberate attacks is proposed to improve the robustness of the weighted supply chain network,which provides certain research ideas for protecting important nodes of the network and optimizing network design in actual work.
