摘要
目前外墙外保温各类质量问题层出不穷,本文通过对无锡地区的外墙保温现状作摸底调查;选取各类型的典型外墙外保温体系,对其各类质量问题进行分类调查统计,得出了各类外保温体系质量问题的量化结果,并总结归纳了产生质量问题的原因;分析了各类外保温体系的优缺点,并提出了设计、施工、保修维护的若干建议。
At present,there are many quality problems of external insulation,the article is aiming to make a thorough investigation on the current situation of external wall insulation in Wuxi;The paper selects the typical external insulation system of external wall,makes a classification investigation and statistics on various quality problems,obtains the quantitative results of quality problems of various external insulation systems,and summarizes the reasons for the quality problems;The advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of external insulation system are analyzed,and some suggestions for design,construction and maintenance are put forward.
