摘要
在全球碳中和行动目标下,能源结构加速调整,“去煤化”热潮兴起。但近期受多重因素影响,煤炭出现供需失衡、价格高企,能源安全问题备受关注。面对能源安全与减碳目标的双重挑战,推动煤炭行业平稳转型是实现能源结构优化的重要支撑。本文基于当前国内外煤炭供求形势,探讨在保障能源安全基础上的煤炭转型原则、转型路径与转型优势,并对发展转型金融支持煤炭行业转型提出对策建议。
Under the goal of global carbon neutrality,the energy structure has been adjusted at an accelerated pace,and the“decoalization”boom has sprung up.However,under the influence of multiple factors recently,the supply and demand of coal has been unbalanced,the price has been high,and the issue of energy security has attracted much attention.Facing the dual challenges of energy security and carbon reduction goals,promoting the smooth transformation of the coal industry is an important support for the optimization of the energy structure.Based on the current coal supply and demand situation at home and abroad,this paper discusses the principles,paths and advantages of coal transformation on the basis of ensuring energy security,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the developing transformation finance to support the transformation of the coal industry.
