摘要
本文通过对工程总承包模式的特点进行分析并结合利益相关者理论准确识别出影响我国推行工程总承包模式的14个因素;利用解释结构模型得出14个影响因素之间的4层递阶关系。在此基础上,本文运用MICMAC方法分析,得出各影响因素之间的依赖性和驱动力。最后本文提出我国推行工程总承包模式的对策建议,以期为我国推行工程总承包模式提供借鉴。
This paper accurately identifies 14 factors affecting the implementation of the general contracting model in China by analysing the characteristics of the general contracting model and combining them with stakeholder theory;the explanatory structural model is used to derive a four-level recursive relationship between the factors.On this basis,the MICMAC method is applied to analyse the dependency and driving force among the influencing factors.Finally,the countermeasure suggestions for the implementation of EPC mode in China are proposed,with a view to providing reference for the implementation of EPC mode in China.
