摘要
法律硕士"双导师"培养模式的有效运行有赖于一支由校内外导师组合而成,将理论与实践有机融合的师资队伍及师生之间的良好互动。该模式目前仍存在校外导师选聘资格标准尚未统一,校内外导师合作联系不够紧密,校外导师参与法律硕士培养积极性较低,校内外导师的双向选择机制不够完善等不足。应当进一步建立科学的校外导师选聘机制,完善导师与学生之间的沟通联动机制,并调动校外导师参与的积极主动性,从而使法律硕士培养更加贴近实务需求。
The effective operation of the"dual tutor"training mode of the master of law depends on the on-and-off campus tutors who integrate with theory and practice as well as good interaction between teachers and students.There are still some deficiencies in this mode,such as the inconformity of the standard of selecting and employing off-campus tutors,the lack of close cooperation between the tutors on-and-off campus,the low participating of the off-campus tutors in the training of master of law,and the imperfect two-way mechanism in the selection of and so on.It′s advisable to further establish a scientific mechanism for the selection and appointment of the off-campus tutors,to improve the communication and linkage mechanism between tutors and students,and to arouse the enthusiasm of the off-campus tutors to participate in the training,so as to make the cultivation of master of law better meet the practical needs.
