摘要
发展中东欧来华留学教育是"一带一路"倡议中扩大教育对外开放的重要举措。近年来,中东欧国家来华留学生总规模稳步扩大、层次结构不断优化、奖学金数量持续攀升。然而,随着"一带一路"倡议的持续推进及其人才需求变化,中东欧来华留学生教育还存在规模偏小、高层次学历来华留学生不足、奖学金覆盖面偏窄且体系不健全等发展障碍。优化中东欧来华留学教育要注重留学生规模、质量和结构的协调发展,打造高效多元的奖学金资助体系,推进来华留学生教育高质量发展和提高来华留学教育管理服务水平等。
The developing of international students’education in China from Central and Eastern European countries is a crucial method for"the Belt and Road Initiative"to expand education opening up.Recently,the number of students from Central and Eastern European countries in China has increased steadily,the hierarchical structure has been optimized and the number of scholarships has rose continuously.However,with the continuous development of"the Belt and Road Initiative"and the demanding changes of talents,there are still some development obstacles,such as the relatively small scale,insufficient number of international students with high graduate degrees,and narrow coverage of scholarships with incomplete system.In order to optimize the education of international students from Central and Eastern European countries,it is important to facilitate the coordinated development among scale,quality and hierarchical structure,establish the multi-efficient and diversified scholarship-funding system,promote the high-quality developing of international students’education in China,and improve management and service level of international students’education in China.
