摘要
农学类专业创新创业人才对现代农业的发展起着重要推动作用。基于高等农林院校创新创业人才培养管理中存在的问题,从PBL教学法的内涵出发,分析其与农学类创新创业人才培养的契合性。在此基础上,构建了“一二三四”农学类创新创业人才培养管理模式,探讨了该管理模式的管理核心、管理主体、管理目标和管理手段。
Agricultural innovative entrepreneurial talents play an important role in promoting the development of modern agriculture.Based on the existing problems in the cultivation and management of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agriculture and forestry universities,starting from the connotation of PBL,this paper analyzes the compatibility between PBL teaching method and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agriculture.On this basis,this paper constructs the“1,2,3,4”agricultural innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation management model,and discusses the management core,management subject,management objective,and management means of this management model.
